The GMAT test is administered year round all over the world at designated testing centers.  Because it’s an on-demand exam,  you must schedule an appointment in order to take it. For information about how to arrange your appointment, scroll down now for details about GMAT test registration and GMAT test dates.

How Frequent Are GMAT Test Dates?

Because the GMAT test is given on demand, you may take it year round—so long as there is space available for you at the testing center of your choice. Students register for the GMAT daily, so available time slots change continuously. That’s why it’s best, before you begin the scheduling process, to determine several GMAT test dates that would work for you. Once you begin scheduling, you’ll learn the dates and times that are actually available at local testing centers.

How Do I Make  an Appointment for a GMAT Test?

Once you’ve determined several GMAT test dates, you can begin the process of scheduling an appointment to take the test. Appointments for GMAT test dates may be made online, by phone, by fax, or by mail.

3 Things to Keep in Mind When Scheduling GMAT Test Dates

  1. Be certain that your name and birth date exactly match the information on your ID. You will be required to present ID at the testing center on the date of your test. If your ID does not match the information on your registration materials, you will not be allowed to take the GMAT—and you’ll forfeit your test fee.
  2. Before scheduling your GMAT test date, be sure to read the GMAT Information Bulletin carefully. You will be required to agree to all of the terms and conditions in it.
  3. If you’re a test taker with disabilities and require nonstandard testing accommodations, make certain that you register as a test taker with disabilities.
